Background

plans4houses.co.uk was formed to offer home owners a one stop shop for architectural and structural design. We have no minimum project value. The principle started on site around 15 years ago as a site laborer to earn extra money at University! Since then he has gained experience within construction covering, planning, structural steel design, project management, site management, electrical and mechanical services, architectural design and hands on experience of all disciplines involved in domestic projects.

Our Approach

We provide a free initial consultation visit during which we discuss all aspects of your project. Whether you are unsure about Planning, Building Regulations or appointing a builder, we will run you through the whole process. We then give you a breakdown of all costs associated with the works to the stage of appointing a builder.
